COVID-19 IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION
FEMTOprint - We are operative also in these uncertain times!
Muzzano - March 26th, 2020
To our Customers and Partners
Currently we all experience an extraordinary situation. FEMTOprint has implemented its pandemic plan and is following all recommendations of the Swiss Authorities and WHO to protect its employees, their relatives, but more in general the health of all of us.
Given the highly volatile and ever-changing events, we are discussing daily action plans based on the directives we receive from our local/federal governments. Pursuant to the last Cantonal Executive Order nr. 1570 from 20.03.2020, FEMTOprint has been authorized to remain operative by the competent local authorities. As per this permission we remain open with staff on-site to continue production operations.
However, in order to implement social distancing also on a work floor level, we introduced work shifts and home working whenever possible, postponing business meetings and team gatherings. All our staff have been encouraged to use remote technology and have access to telephone systems as well as safe email, messaging services and electronic filing procedures. Our HelpDesk team is also available 09am-5pm CET during business days to assist our FEMTOprinter Customers. (+41 91 960 10 70 ).
Nevertheless, we apologize for any delays or bottlenecks that might occur due to the above described situation. We will do our utmost to complete all orders as quickly and competently as usual to your satisfaction.
Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We will continue to monitor the situation and inform you of any changes to our operations as things progress.
Warm greetings and stay safe!
Your FEMTOprint Team
